1.3 Face Verification Photo

During registration, we capture and store a verification photograph of you as part of our face verification process.

• This photo is stored on our secure servers and is manually reviewed by our team to confirm that your account is created by a genuine person and to help prevent fake or duplicate accounts.
• This process is performed through manual human review and does not involve automated facial recognition technology or biometric template generation.
• Face verification is performed only once, at the time of registration.
• This verification photo is retained and later manually compared against the profile photo(s) you upload to your biodata, to help confirm that your biodata photo matches the person verified during registration.

1.4 Payment Information

Bor Bou offers certain services through paid packages, including:

• Registration Fee: To complete your registration and activate your account, you are required to purchase a registration package through our secure payment gateway.
• Biodata Download Package: To view or download the detailed biodata of other members, you are required to purchase a biodata download package through our secure payment gateway.

All payments for these packages — as well as any other paid feature on our platform — are processed through a secure, third-party payment gateway. We collect transaction-related information (such as payment confirmation, package type, and amount) to complete and verify your purchase. We do not directly store your full card number, mobile banking PIN, or other sensitive payment credentials on our own servers — this information is handled securely by our payment gateway provider in accordance with their own security standards.

1.5 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our website or app, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• Device and browser identification information
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

• The stored verification photo may later be manually compared against the profile photo(s) you upload to your biodata, to help ensure consistency and authenticity across your profile.
• This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties, except where required to comply with applicable law (see Section 7).
• You may contact us to ask how your verification photo is stored or to request its deletion, subject to applicable law and our fraud-prevention obligations.

4. Photo Privacy and Screenshot Restriction

To protect the privacy of our members' profile pictures:

• Screenshot capturing and downloading of profile pictures is restricted within the Bor Bou app.
• This is designed to reduce unauthorized copying, sharing, or misuse of member photographs.
• While we apply reasonable technical safeguards, we cannot guarantee that these restrictions prevent every possible form of unauthorized access, and users should exercise discretion when sharing personal information.

5. Payments and Payment Gateway

• Access to Bor Bou's core paid features — including account registration and biodata downloads — requires the purchase of a package through a secure, trusted third-party payment gateway.
• The Registration Fee must be paid to activate your account and complete your registration on the platform.
• The Biodata Download Package must be purchased separately whenever you wish to view or download the full biodata of other members.
• Your financial information is used only to complete the specific transaction you request (such as a registration fee or a biodata download package) and is not used for any other purpose.
• We do not sell or share your financial information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment gateway providers may have their own privacy and security policies governing how they handle your payment data; we encourage you to review those policies as well.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
